till 2018, atleast, she was rather well built/healthy/wide/chonky..
As we can see from pics..it seems the damage was already done, paving the way for atherosclerosis and what not..
Hitting the gym did her good, in the face pic off her social media , and also in the CCTV footage of her dropping like a chopped log of wood, we can see she had really slimmed down and shaped up... but alas. all in vain.
It seems she didn't hit it early enough in life to skip the young age heart attack

V. lived alone in a rented house in GM Palya and visited the gym to work out every morning. Similarly, on the night before her death, on Friday, March 25, she came home from work and got a few hours of sleep before heading to the gym first thing in the morning and suffering a cardiac arrest.

Too much isn't good as your body needs to recover icw a few hours of sleep some shit was about to happen. Sad case though.
