Re: India - Woman Dies of Heart Attack While Working Out
We're genetically predisposed. My father had multiple myocardial infarctions from the age of 35 to 55. Of course he drank like a pirate and smoked like a chimney and didn't exercise a day in his life. Even after surviving his infarctions. Also this particular gym is a mere 4km away from where I live.

See, I knew that gyms are bad places. I'd rather be fat than go to a gym. Miserable places of absolute torture. I'd rather have a root canal. Only masochists go to gyms. Walking is enough exercise for me.

Re: India - Woman Dies of Heart Attack While Working Out
Every time I see these things on here I'm reminded that it is bound to happen to me sooner or later, my heart has been acting up since a few years back, if I ever stop posting for more than a month, it will mean I must've fallen like this. |
