It looks like the guy in yellow does a little polka dance twirl interlocking his arm with the victim. The victim then, in a manner of paying it forward, tries the same move with umbrella woman but unfortunately she’s absolutely having none of it. He just wanted to dance! Looks like the pirouette was his final move…
