I've seen both sides deliberately targeting medics in this war which is a war crime according to the Geneva Convention. War crimes are committed in every war and I think it's naive to suggest only one side does it because it's difficult for anybody to follow a set of rules when they've seen their comrades and friends blown to pieces day in day out.
