It's difficult to pick a side when both sides are in the wrong. A headshot should not have been the first instinct of the officer, and moving your foot from the brake to the gas pedal should not have been the first instinct of someone making eye contact with another person in front of your vehicle. It's sad to me that this incident got so much attention, because it's become a right vs. left controversy, when it was truly just a stupid vs. stupid situation. In my opinion, of course.

The other famous accuser "Katie Johnson" never went public and dropped her case right before Trump's first election win.
