The first two shots were into her forearm and chest and were not (and would not have been) fatal. For the third shot, when he was entirely to the side of the vehicle, he aimed much higher and shot her in the left temple and that exited the left side of her head. He was not in danger at any time, most especially when he was to the side of the vehicle. That last shot was nothing but pure murderous intent and he got what he wanted.

In an attempt to manufacture justification for this outright murder, he claims to have been gravely injured, suffering internal bleeding. Odd, that. The CT scan performed at the hospital proved he was a fucking liar and he was not hospitalized, not even overnight. If the hospital would have found internal bleeding, you can bet your ass he would have been immediately admitted for emergency treatment and that record would have been released to prove his claim.

Federally, he's in the clear but he murdered her in Minnesota and the state has the right and obligation to put him on trial for murder and that's not going to go well for him. The Orange Cocksucker cannot pardon State crimes.
