Looks like the idiot pulled the cops mace off the back of his belt when they were down on the ground. The fool could have used this on the officer. Luckily the cop realized this and shot him, rightfully so.

Watching video one I thought the cop used excessive force and went wild on, what appeared to be, and unarmed the guy for no reason. Sure he went for the cops gun, but clearly when the cop got up and made distance the cop was in control. BUT, from video two, when you're fucking offensively going after a cop, your going to get your ticket punched. After a LENGTHY ground battle where the cop couldn't subdue the guy, likely hyped up on drugs. I believe the shooting was justified. Six rounds and the guy is like a bull - (stomping his foot as if he's still going to fight) still aggressive. Ok then, have a seventh.
