The video starts with him being the aggressor and attacking the cop. They're struggling, then he takes what looks like spray off the cop's belt. The cop was already in danger on account of the crazy dude attacking him. Now crazy dude has a weapon. Any sane person would assume they would continue the attack with the weapon. You could then logically assume he could have access to the cop's firearm. Yeah that ain't happening. 100% justified.
