This is so frustrating. The basic principles of CPR could have been employed here yet, whilst the young man remains lungs full of water, the local village idiots use him as an instrument in their weekly parade.

How very SAD that these people just did NOT know any better. And you can't blame them because In countries with small towns they are not filled with all the modern technologies that we have in the great USA. So sad that boy passed away I did notice that there was one police officer there he should of known just a little more then the local's but another angel has gone to heaven .
