Dude took that shit to another level..

The victim was literally flung face first into that pole. Prior to hitting that pole, it looks lke he was getting hit in the face by the bouncer.

As a bouncer, I understand the frustration that patrons can give you when they are drunk, belligerent, and dont give a fuck who or whats around them. Still no excuse for that guy to take things to the level resulting in the unfortunate death..

No. There is no point at which a security guard is paid to kick people in the head that are already down or possibly already dead. Security guards are for SECURING, not escalating. But even if force was required, kicking someone in the head while they are down is cowardly, hence the expression. Note exactly what security is paid for. This guy handled it the way a normal citizen might have, but when you are paid professionals you are expected to have a higher level of self control AND better judgement.

Kick to the back of the neck did it. He was merely concussed from the door frame. Bouncer deserves to be jailed for that stupidity.
