I definitely would have jumped. Especially since they probably didn't have any fire suppression systems onboard. The only thing to do is jump. Unless you want to become a burnt piece of toast

You either do Damage Control or bail out... Typically no one onboard has a chute on.. So then you die if DC failed and no chute
Anyone know if Mexico requires these operators to have large fire extinguishers on board? Don't know if would have helped here ... but maybe.

Is that the girl jumping, at the very beginning of the video? I think I read that the operator got out real fast, at like 17 ft or something. And then she jumped out at like, 116 ft or something? Crazy.

Also, about 15 seconds into the video you can hear the father screaming a Ayudame (help me!) over and over. Just awful.

How in the Lord's name did that girl survive.
When balloon began to burn the pilot throw out a emergency rope but he left. After the girl jump out when balloon were at 40m tall. In one of the videos the girl can be spotted falling at the begining of the video.
