I initially thought so, but you can see his cheeks puffed up an instant before the round goes off, as if he breathes out very forcefully, like someone who is trying to get "psyched up" to do something(a la Bjork stalker suicide).....however, at that moment the barrel of the gun is pointed high, and as he is on the ground he is still grimacing/tensing the facial muscles, which makes it seem as though he is still conscious, and that perhaps the shot was not so devastating....

We will have to agree to disagree, he had no expression on his face at all because he wasn't expecting it. The Bjork suicide nutter had lots of time to prepare and even he had an expression on his fat ugly mug when he pulled the trigger. The only person who knows what was going through his mind (besides s bullet  ) when he pulled the trigger can't speak so it's pure conjecture on both our parts. But I am sure you will agree he was no great loss to society. |

I agree with Top Gear. The guy didn't mean to fire the shot. And so - the shot was less than effective, didn't immediately render him unconscious, and he knew before he died that he was a moron, had fucked up, and was paying the ultimate price for his stupidity. |
