You can see the guy that jumped at 0:03. He's the dude with the white shirt and jeans and the white baseball hat. He enters the screen from the right, but only for a few seconds. You see he has the same apparel on during the fall, and you see his hat fly off after he hits.

That wasn't his hat, that was the top of his skull popping off, his brain went left.
