I think it was a spectator screaming. There is screaming after the guy takes his first big bounce / splat. I am on a low res screen, is he leaving a skid mark / fluids after the first bounce? It looks like he left a trail, but hard to tell with the other stains on the dam.

It is obvious to anyone who looks at frame 136 there is a man opening an umbrella; which signals the Asian man to push him off the bridge. This was not the work of a lone nut. It was a conspiracy from start to finish, with the US military at its center.
