I’m not 100% sure but would guess the actual speed limit on that street is well under the speed he was traveling. Maybe if he was going the speed limit he might still be alive!?! |

That was a bad ass, but incredibly stupid move. It's amazing he didn't lose the use of his arm due to a brachial plexus avulsion (nerve roots torn away from the spinal cord). |
