WOW! Damn, how about the water turning red when he landed?!! Jeez... for those wondering how he is alive and breathing with that injury; His brain apparently didn't make contact with the edge of the sidewalk, so at least he's ok there....his severe disfigurement looks overwhelmingly horrible to people who aren't surgeons---but if you really look, when they closed his face, you can see that it's his mandible (lower jaw) that is broken and split. That will be the easiest to fix with orthopedic sugeons and the skin will close nicely. It's his shattered nose and palette that will be a bitch to fix. He will need a lot of plastic surgery, but I think in the end will look much better than we expect. Isn't it amazing what skilled surgeons can do? This guy will probabbly have a chance at a decent life depite this. I wish we could see "after" pix. I bet there is a before and after pic somewhere floating around on the internet......

Seen this before...Shocked me too. This could have been prevented.. They could have dived at the end of the pier - Where there is only water. Stupid people... |
