That was definatly the split from the accident itself. If you look closely you can see his teeth and gums and split in half also. There is noway a doctor would go to that extent to re-construct a face. And also... I have noidea how someone would even BEGIN to fix damage like that

i thought the worst part how his upper palete is just rattling around in that mush as the doctor wiggles his head... also i wonder if the people that ever haveserious injuries like the one above ever find this site and find something worse than what happened to them and mutter owww FUCK poor guy now that sucks.
