He’s giving the names of the people who told his family they were going to kill him. Tells the camera guy to take care of his son because he’s gonna die. Video stops when is looking to give the camera guy the “keys of the Mercedes”

Pretty much. The two men off camera tell him he’s going to die and it registers as as soon as they finish speaking. He immediately accepts it (he knew subconsciously he was dead before they told him I’m quite sure) and starts to say take the key to the Mercedes at which point the video cuts out. |

There are no good cops in Mexico. It's just extensions of the cartel. The cops usually get hit for trying to work for more than one cartel. Mexican friends I have are more scared of the police and federales. Atleast the cartels let their intentions be known. Check out Ed's Manifesto. Excellent insight into the coeruption.
