Three criminals commit a crime, and you sprint straight past individual responsibility, socioeconomic factors, crime statistics nuance, and basic human decency to land on 19th-century race essentialism. Bold intellectual shortcut. Invoking Lincoln and slavery just to justify dehumanization in 2026 doesn’t make you edgy or honest—it makes you someone outsourcing moral reasoning to resentment and memes. If your takeaway from a violent crime is “an entire race was a mistake,” you’re not analyzing reality—you’re advertising how little thinking you’re willing to do. Racism isn’t insight. It’s what people reach for when they don’t want to do the work. Not sure how comments like yours don't count as a "racist comment" to the mods, but I see someone's triggered response landed them an infraction, which is ironic.
