"Hitman" Killed in Dominican Republic
May 2nd 2018 Los Guandules, Dominican Republic Luis Manuel de la Rosa, aka "The Hitman", 47 years old and his wife Walkiria Santana, 33 years old, were shot dead around 10:30 in the morning. A Haitian was also injured, but wasn't a target. Just unlucky. Luis was just 10 days out of prison and has a lengthy criminal history: The murders of Selsi Dolphin Jones and Kelvin, in 2015, in the La Cienega sector and Kenedy Medina Múñoz,of 19 years, in the same sector where he died. Also of having hurt Ramón Nova Familia, 19 years old; Frank Luis Díaz Encarnación, 23 years old and Daurin Dotel Encarnación. He was accused on several occasions of armed robbery in 2009. Already in the prison of Azua in 2010, he wounded prisoners Joel Cuevas olanco, José Alberto Guzmán Tejeda, Frank Luis Ramírez Ramírez and Igno Cabrera. There is also a video of Luis snorting some coke, but it was watermarked. |
