Professional, organized hit. There had to have been someone on the beach to target the prosecutor. How do a couple of guys just roll up on the beach and know where the guy is they’re supposed to take out!? There had to have been someone who “pointed him out” to the actual hit men. That’s my take on it… there was another person involved somewhere..
Uh, yeah, like whoever shot the video maybe. Doesn't it seem strange to you that that the video shows the guys approaching land and then it pans to the vic just in time to capture the shots? Either involved or the most coincidentally-captured video evidence ever.

Victim was a Specialized Prosecutor against Organized Crime in Paraguay in charge of several most important drug trafficking and money laundering cases in that country.
~ Cam recorder person was the authentication that the hit went thru, or knew it would have had to happen sometime.
