The murder was recorded by Civil Police through the Homicide Task Force and is investigated by the 9th Homicide Police Station Olinda. Information on who committed this crime, whether he had a relationship with the victim and the motivation for the murder of Rafael was not disclosed by the police.

Wasn't expecting the clown wizard to open fire
Latino clown wizards open fire randomly, often and without warning. Looked like the clown was sneaking up to insert his penis in the unsuspecting bent over victim from behind, that or he was going to shoot a fake gun that opens a banner saying "Bang!".
