I don't know who is the most stupid... 1. the hit man who is SUPPOSED to be a professional and can't figure out how to use the gun.  OR... 2. the idiot for just standing there, looking at the guy working the gun and waiting til he gets a bullet in the brain.  |

I think the hitman caught the victim by complete surprise, and by the time it occurred to him to run, it was too late....just a theory.
