~ Numbskull; Didn't turn the power off before installing/repairing access cable (parable). ~ Happens all the time in Latin America: Probably informed the residents that he was gonna shut off the electricity, but they were like, Oh No! Then we won't have any electricity!, then he was like, Ok, I won't shut it off. I am a professional, so I can do it with the electricity on!   |
