so is that satellite dish on the ground what he was doing up there? I'm guessing he somehow touched the wires and zapped himself unconcious or to death before falling on the wire.

2019, DR,A young employee of the Altice Dominicana telephone company died after receiving a strong electric shock, when he was allegedly carrying out installation work on a parable. According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred while the young man identified as C. B. P, 27, was repairing or installing a parable for the Altice Dominicana company. Making contact with a high voltage wire. This generated a strong shock in his body, from which he lost several limbs including the total detachment of his head.  · |
