Reminds me of that jumper from NYC, who's head popped so loud, it sounded like a tire exploded. Unfortunately, a cop car blocked the view of the landing, but you could see a geyser of greymatter and blood sploosh 8 feet high

According to the police it was a staged suicide organized by university med students. I upscaled the video and it looks unnatural how the body is and it doesn't do the usual body bounce when hitting the ground.
