Yeah, well you are new here. Police agencies in shit hole countries (and first worlds for that matter) lie about this stuff on the regular. The last one I remember was a school shooting where they lied and said they lived. There's video on this site showing the head shots and crime scene pics showing the victims, all dead (thick, coagulated blood/ brain matter)...
