Glad to see that there were good samaritans helping out the man. The tourniquet was a great idea and agreed with all of you that its finally put on! From what I understand the human body could averagely lose 3 pints of blood before death would come and certainly would need an blood transfusion.

I wouldn't even call that a tourniquet... No way that was thick enough or cranked enough to stop an arterial bleed... I doubt he made it. RIP Mr.

Its crazy with so many there and no one helps him but they are all asking if anyone has any ice and don't touch him, and finally one man does a tourniquet hopefully in time to help save his life.
