Many countries are getting old. Many old folks stay along them self without others care and contact. So if they are ill or suddenly faint or fall etc and pass away without people knowing until neightbour or passes by smell it. Our government therefore try their best to arrange and match 2 unknown elderly to stay together so they can look after one another and alert others when one of them is in trouble.
