Usually it would take a battery of doctors and nurses to remove a liver, however he just had it pop out very casual and no hospital stay to worry about.  |

As a pro-life advocate, it's not that the heart starts beating almost immediately. It does start beating quickly (about 3-4 weeks along) but, we believe life begins at conception because of 2 things. 1. There is no magical gestational time that life is proven to begin and 2. as a Christian, I believe Jesus when He said "I knew you before you were formed in the womb." So, in other words if you take a 10 year old child and a 50 year old college professor, one life is no less important than the other. They are just at different stages of life/growth. Therefore, a baby having just been conceived 2 seconds before is no less important than a baby that has just been delivered at 9months. :) Hope that makes sense.  |
