Disgusting! I suppose the maggots come when people go without getting their injury tended to...a lone fly can lay hundreds of eggs. I can't believe he was still alive- lots of nooks and crannies in his skull. A  little blurry, but good vid!

Looks gross, too bad video quality is pretty bad so we can't see details. If it was up to me every single hospital worker would get a nice little sony HD cam just in case something yucky like this comes through the door. |

At the end it sounds like he got beat with a piece of wood, not a machete. His wounds look more like something big not sharp, that's why he's still alive. But who knows. |
