My friend, I have witnessed many unfortunate incidents, and I assure you, that is not fake. It looked like a .12 gauge slug hit him. I found the aftermath of a similar situation with an uncle. He stuck the barrel in his mouth, and his mandible was the only thing left atop his shoulders. That is not fake, if it was, the guy who pulled it off deserves an acadamy award for special effects.
