I hate that the cops have to demand to see their hands and to tell them to stop moving. It reminds me of the South Park cartoon where they go hunting and they can't shoot the animal without shouting "It's coming right at us!" Think of how many more bullets they could be putting in these scumbags in the time they have to tell them to show their hands! Brings a tear to the eye
