I noticed that too, and watched it a few times to try and figure out if it was involuntary or not. Hard to say.

There's one beheading on here where a guy visibly reacts to his own blood splashing on the face as his face hits the ground. And a few others where there's noticeable activity post-beheading.

Some day someone will do the ultimate experiment and cut someone's head off while being locked in place with an HD camera a foot from their face. And someone slapping them every few seconds.

For science.
