We think execution is extreme for for stealing a bike, because we are relatively rich compared to Haitians, however it wasn't that long ago in the US when horse thieves were hanged, if all I have is some flip flops a cell phone and an old bike and I catch you stealing my bike I am going to cut your nuts off personally ijs
