These type bring me back to being on the scene within minutes of my brother-in-law shooting himself in the head. His mother, father, teenage sister, older brother (my husband at the time), and his girlfriend were all there watching him gasp after the fatal shot through his temple. The sounds of that morning were honestly more horrific than the sights.
