Thats sad i live close to sarasota and it was clearly a red light and he had the right to go through hope the basterd hets caught bad enough guy was in a wheelchair but to get killed as well wtf

As a resident of Texas, this statement is factual. I got a $75 red light ticket for not fully stopping when turning right at a red light....I was pictured 05/03/2015 and it was in my mailbox 05/15/2015.

Shit is fucking retarded, it's actually more dangerous because people will slam on their brakes when the light turns yellow, instead of just going through.
Not factual. Just about every intersection will have cameras, but only a few have the setup to capture your picture and license plate number for fines/citations. Obviously, this was not one of them.
