It's really fuckin' hard to believe not one person saw that shit and wouldn't run over and help. He didn't have the gun out, so at that point it was a scuffle and could have been stopped... so the cop could shoot him after.

The guy got what he deserved, but he was clearly dead when the last cop pulled him out of the police car. I think the last 3 shots were just showing off.  |
