The guy that was shot did die. This shooting was in March 2021, if you look up information provided in this post on the guy that shot him, it takes you to the name of the guy that was shot. Google searched the man that was shot and his obituary popped up. Can't say I feel sorry for him, I do feel for his family, as I'm sure he is missed. But he was clearly the aggressor and as soon as that gun was pulled out he had an option to walk away, I'm sure the fight was over something stupid.
The man that was killed was 32 and lived in Phoenix. I think these two were neighbors and knew each other well.
