So glad I don't live in that fucked up country. Took the paramedics forever to get there and they just stood around staring at him instead of delivering oxygen or checking his vitals, he was alive when the sirens were there. Fat lazy fuckers, imagine if paramedics acted like that here in UK. I remember throwing up blood once and paniced and called paramedics. They were outside my door in under 3 minutes. We never did find out why I was so I'll that day, but I'm grateful they came to me so fast!

Although that seems like a good idea at first, with these types of crushing injuries, often times the bleeding is halted by the object. It's removal can cause catastrophic bleeding to start. It's best to wait for medical to arrive unless there's risk of further injury or death (such as a fire or fuel leak).
