It’s a “Class 3” weapon which legally requires a license under that category and a federal tax stamp. Any non-convicted person can apply..   |

yeah but the shooting has to be done in style, and south of the border that means done for the video. So it's a point blank range, w classic mexican overkill. deflate the head, eyes rolling away like marbles, body jerking around, arms jerking from bullet hits looking like they're playing an invisible piano . So yeah, marksmanship is low, but style is high |
