Killing Himself with a Headshot at the Gun Range
A young man in his 20s in Budapest shot himself in the head during the weekend. The young man was at the shooting range for the first time, behaving completely normally, with no sign of a subsequent tragedy. Footage shows the instructor showing the man where to aim, but when the specialist steps sideways, the man suddenly turns the gun towards his face and then shoots. It was the third weapon he tried. Ambulances arriving at the scene were already fighting for the man's life in the shooting club, trying to stabilize it, but still transporting him to the hospital in a state of crisis. The man died the next day. The company executive said the man even sent smileys when he made the reservation for the shooting range. He added that in such tragic suicide cases, immediate medical assistance will be provided at the shooting range. As early as last year, a similar incident occurred in which outgoing ambulances transported the injured person to the hospital in a stable condition, who eventually lost his life in the hospital. He said those who come to the shooting range are always given a rigorous education and are supervised by someone throughout the practice. Thanks to cowk for the tip |

Gun ranges around here will not rent out a firearm if the customer comes in alone or does not bring in their own firearm. Too many suicides like that around here.

I highly doubt that. I'm an RSO. Ranges that rentvwill certainly rent to a single shooter and why wouldn't they rent to someone without a gun? Dumb.
