Thank you for knowing this is NOT a MOPED and is, in fact, a SCOOTER

This dumbarse isn't even driving fast, yet stares in the wrong direction as if to avoid even checking the other way, whilst simultaneously missing all the noise the rickety 3rd-world choo choo must be making...

Love how it takes a long long time before a car even stops...Where is this any way? I'm guessing Thailand or Indonesia or similar...
