Looks like he wasn't hit head on by the car, it grazed him as it went by, than spun him around. The speed in which it happened could have rattled his brain quickly enough to make him black out. I can't help but notice how much this seems like another scene out of a 'Final Destination' movie tho. Not because it looks fake or anything, but because you can almost see death itself playing its part in this situation to make absolutely sure, everything happened the way it was supposed to. Truck comes to a rolling stop, guy jumps out somehow without looking forward an seeing a car coming, gets hit by said car at the exact moment he jumps out, spinning him around and onto the ground at JUST the right spot for his head to get squished. |

He is not turning around , he got knocked out from the impact when the cars smashed him ,and put him on the path of the wheels. poor fucker died fast at least. final destination style |

A little confused about something. If they drive on the right there, why was the oncoming car to the truck's right? It shouldn't have been there.

found some more info and added another clip (first one) The guy is a garbage man and died by the wheels of the garbage truck he jumped from. |
