2 Guys on a Bike Killed when Out of Control Water Tanker Hits Them
India, Sahjahanabad police arrested the water tanker driver, on Wednesday morning. On Tuesday two people, Faiz (28) of Aishbagh and Amaanullah (50) of Jumerati were killed as the tanker rammed a hospital building. Steep slope and brake fail had resulted in the accident.  SHO Manish Mishra said the police had arrested driver Rashid, who told the police that the brake of the tanker had failed to work which was why the accident happened.  The SHO added the police were going to conduct the mechanical test of the seized tanker.  On Tuesday evening at around 7 pm Faiz Hassan and Amanullah Khan were killed by the tanker coming from Babeali ground. On Wednesday after post-mortem the police handed over the bodies to the family members. |

No-one reacted until the crash, which tells me that neither the driver or passenger were honking the horn to warn people to get out of the way (assuming they had one) .
