No, it really doesn't matter that he shot him multiple times in self defense. The bad guy decided to approach with weapon drawn, you are allowed to neutralize and eliminate the threat. Bad guy set the precedent by approaching with a gun, which calls for extreme action by the shotgun owner. If the bad guy is trying to kill you once, he could try and kill you again. |

As much as the court case for this would suck, this man is a fuckin' hero to me. Look at the way that fucking douche walks up to the place like he's fuckin' unstoppable...after getting a ride from his friend (real cute). That's what he deserves. He should let him go after first shot, he would bled to death anyway but at least court could have ruled self defense
