Sounds reasonable. So why is it so different for Law Enforcement? They get away with executing people in this same manner. Observation.

I don't know, hiding behind a corner ambushing the guy, then when the guy had no weapon finishing him off as he ran. Definitely, going to need a good lawyer.

I don't know what this is called in turkey, but I'm gonna call it self defense. It sucks, but don't you ever think you can treat a gun like a scary mask. If you bring a gun, you are leaving everything free to be interpreted by however the person in front of you sees fit. I might not let someone threaten my life and quickly walk away.

Probably manslaughter as it doesnt look premeditated. Maybe his lawyers can try arguing that this is self defence for this and future attempts on his life by the victim by making sure he dies..
