With quick medical care, ionotropes, blood products, blood, fluids, surgery, he'd survive that. Major vessels though so BP will become lower and if everyone's standing around videoing rather than helping he will bleed out, lose consciousness, arrest .. But very good injury for survival stakes balls wld hurt more than legs probably!
