The red pick up truck might be with corrupt police men/hit men, which comes near the other police car. A cop is shouting on intercom for assistance. Why?
It all seems peaceful to me, until the red car arrives. Standing side by side for seconds.
At that moment they could have cleared the perimeter. But they started shooting at civilians.

WTF you thinking man? They plant those weapons and you expect them to collect them away before it is surely filmed that those "criminals" had weapons?
