My wife is a senior property manager. This is absolutely worst case scenario nightmare. These are high value properties, and people can get really crazy. She’s very good at De-escalating (except with me when I’m pissed off  ) but I’m hoping for a change of pace for her soon.It doesn’t happen all the time. but when things get nasty I’ll just go and work in the lobby so I can keep watch. |

I am so impressed with that brave woman barreling into that attacker trying to save the victim. Bravo for her effort. She’s braver than 90% of other people on this site who view crimes and don’t do shit to help or intervene.
